Are you overwhelmed by data requirements and changes? Do you want to maximize the value of information flowing into and out of your organization to help patients and staff? Over the course of the next year, we will move together from being overwhelmed with data to being optimistic about harnessing its power. The first meeting in the series will cover ACO and Social Determinant of Health Data, as well as population health management system capabilities. In this interactive day, we will also create the roadmap for Mississippi Health Centers’ optimized, integrated data use to improve the health of our patients and our communities.
